Postage and Shipping
The price quoted includes postage and packing and VAT. There will be no additional charges.
The item purchased will be sent to you by First Class post and for OVERSEAS buyers it will be sent by Air Mail Small Packets. The delivery times will vary but you should expect to get it within 10 WORKING DAYS (that excludes weekends and holidays ). In some case we will use other methods so that you get the item quicker.
Damaged or Defective Goods
We will gladly replace any items that are damaged or defective so long as you return it to us at your cost. We may also give you a refund at our discretion.
DVD Information and age rating
We have Region 1 and region 2 disks. Please make sure that your DVD player is compaible with the region coding given. Some sets have rating of 18 years which means that it can ONLY be viewed by a person over the age of 18 years. We will only sell DVDs listed on our site to persons whose age is over 18. If you are UNDER that age please do not buy from us.
Region 1
This is meant for viewers in USA and Canada but can be viewed in UK and Europe. Some Dragonball Z and Dragonball GT titles are multi regional and will play on Region ONE TWO and FOUR DVD players.
Please make sure that you make sure that your player is compatible with this setting. Generally all the DVD’s will have English and Japanese dialogue with English subtitles. Please note that Geneon who make and distribute Anime titles in USA has stopped distributing its titles. It is highly likely that the available stocks will run out and more will NOT be available.
Region 2
This is meant for United Kingdom Japan and Europe Middle East and South Afrika.
